Primary Account

Designed for lead roles such as worship pastors, lead pastors, creative pastors, CEOs, and COOs.

• Permissions
• Full authority to request new services.
• Can add or remove roles and assign users.
• Can view all church campuses or franchise locations.
• Access to all invoices across locations.
• Can make payments.

Secondary Account Owner

Mirrors the Primary Account permissions but serves as a backup account holder.

• Permissions
• Identical to the Primary Account, with the same access to all locations and invoices.

Campus Account

intended for campus or location-specific administrators (e.g., campus pastors or managers in a franchise).

• Permissions
• Can view all requests and invoices related to their specific campus or location.
• Cannot view information from other campuses or locations.
• Has the authority to pay invoices tied to their campus.

Billing Account

Created for individuals responsible for managing payments.

• Permissions
• Can pay all invoices across all campuses or locations.
• Cannot submit new service requests.
